By firstly using talking therapies such as CBT, I can help you manage problems by changing the way you think and behave, breaking down more overwhelming problems into smaller more manageable parts. Which, in turn, will help you change negative patterns and improve the way you feel.

Through NLP  I can help change your thought patterns, which can, in turn, change your reactions towards unpleasant or traumatic experiences. We can not change the past but through NLP we can change the feelings and emotions attached to those past experiences, giving you back the power to make instant changes in your life.

After we reorganise the feelings and emotions attached to past events we can, through a mixture of Complementary & Holistic therapies and Motivation coaching move forward in a positive and confident way to the future that you have only ever dreamt off till now.

  • Can anyone be hypnotised?
    Yes, as long as you want to be hypnotised and have the ability to concentrate.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    On average 3-4 but sometimes more or less sessions are required.
  • Do I need a session every week?
    This depends on the type of problem and the progress made. Sometime every fortnight or once a month will be appropriate.
