The themes of the kid's curriculum
Each lesson is packed full of inspiring videos, games, and kinesthetic activities, bringing mindfulness to life in a way that is fun, relevant and engaging.

And includes mindful sitting, lying and movement practices as well as compassionate inquiry – a powerful way of exploring experience in classroom discussion.

The Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme is not a shallow introduction, but an in-depth foundation in mindfulness enabling children to activate their inner potential.

The programme comprises several themes which build on each other sequentially.
After the first 6 lessons, the children explore how mindfulness can help them be happier by being present for the good stuff in life, and also help them be more resilient and cope with stress and difficulty, particularly difficult thoughts and emotions.

We then focus on the cultivation of kindness: first to ourselves and then towards others. Finally, the children explore questions of purpose and agency:
How do I want to be in the world? How do I want to act?
The Youth Mindfulness Kids Programme was featured in the All-Party Parliamentary Group Report: Mindful Nation UK, and is recognized as one of the leading mindfulness programmes in the UK for children and young people.
92% of children reported being better able to handle strong emotions in a calmer way
77% Said they got on better with friends and family
72% Said they were less aggressive and confrontational
This course can be delivered to individual or groups, in schools or in the therapy centre.
