About Sandra

I have worked with the public for over 35 years in a variety of different sectors, and throughout that time I always seemed to attract people to me that needed help in working through their problems and issues. (although friends always said that I just liked fixing everyone) I was married very young and have six boys, one of whom is mentally handicapped. So I have some knowledge of life's ups and downs.

Over the last 20 years, I have trained in 12 different modalities so I can help others when they need to clear blocks in their life.

I am still learning to this day as scientists, visionaries, and scholars find new ways to connect our bodies and minds to create and live the healthy life that we all want free from guilt, fear, regrets, struggle, stress, anxiety & depression.
